Dan Shattuck
President
In 1992, Dan began investing in multi-family properties starting with a very modest triplex in his hometown of Columbia Heights, Minnesota. Over the next several decades and numerous acquisitions of additional apartments and apartment communities, Dan continued to grow Shattuck Properties holdings. In the mid 2000's, the company shifted from multi-family to retail, office and industrial properties in Minnesota and Florida.
Renae Shattuck
Vice President
In 1995, Renae joined Dan in marriage and business. Together, they have continued to grow their real estate holdings. Renae maintains a real estate license in Florida as is always looking for a new project. Both Dan and Renae love to travel and dogs.
